JOIN ME ON SATURDAYS IN VERMILION FOR AN ASHTANGA BASED POWERFUL YOGA FLOW AT THE HISTORIC TOWN HALL
Flow through the the oldest known powerful flow sequence with us! We aspire to complete the full Primary series of Ashtanga with each class but as we sometimes break postures down, we often have a “modified” form of the series.
Also known as Yoga Therapy, this series is a set sequence of postures designed to bring strength, flexibility, and endurance to the body.
This class is physically demanding in strength and flexibility therefore, if these are areas you are looking to enhance, you will only create more flexibility as well as more strength throughout your body as a whole.
Although this is not a beginners class, it is designed around the needs and vulnerabilities of every body. It is a brilliant alternative to cross-fit, circuit training or boot camp classes…ideal for anyone needing strength, endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular and core work. Bring something to drink, a mat, a sweat towel and come hydrated!
This class is ran a little differently for registration. Online registration will be made directly through www.threadsofwellness.com via the booking button up top. Classes are $13/session. As a discounted rate for regular students, you may opt to purchase a class pass for $78 (Buy 6, get two FREE) in the instance you miss one or two classes or you would like a discount for attended all 8 class sessions. These class passes are non-refundable and do not carry over to past October or other class locations. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If, because of rental costs, we do not have enough students to run a one month class series you will be notified prior to September 5th and be issued a refund. Also, with space somewhat limited, if all of the class series passes are purchased we will close registration down and no individual passes will be available. We want to ensure students get adequate attention and guidance! <3
